Welcome to DTF BROS. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) Products & Custom Printing

Our products are primarily custom printed based on the artwork/files you upload or approve.

You are responsible for:

  • submitting print-ready files

  • verifying sizes, quantities, and layout

  • ensuring artwork is correct before placing the order

2) Intellectual Property (Artwork Rights)

By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use and reproduce it.

DTF BROS may refuse any order that appears to infringe on trademarks/copyrights or contains restricted content.

3) Color & Print Variations

We strive for accurate output, but slight variations can occur due to:

  • screen vs print differences

  • file color profiles

  • material/ink and production tolerances

4) Pricing, Taxes, and Payments

Prices are shown at checkout. Taxes and shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

5) Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Orders may be canceled/changed only before production begins.

Once production starts, orders are final.

6) Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DTF BROS is not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, business interruption, etc.) arising from the use of our products or website.

8) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the business entity operating DTF BROS.
